What cuts will I receive from 1 side?
You choose how you would like your meat cut. You will receive Rump, T.Bone, Scotch Fillet, Fillet, Topside, Blade, Round, Silverside, Rolled roast, Spare Ribs, Gravy Beef, Osso bucco, Mince and Sausages.
How does the meat come packed?
Your meat is packed on trays (usually 2 serves per tray) and labelled.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is free in the metro area. We also deliver to places like York, Bindoon and Lancelin free of charge.
Do you use hormones on your cattle?
No! we do not need to push our animals in such a way we rely more on good genetics and animal health to produce good yields.
I would like to buy a side but I cant handle the whole side what can I do?
We recommend that you split it with friends or family.
I am confused over what I am paying for?
You are only paying for actual meat that you receive, we have certified scales and we weigh every delivery in front of the customer for their peace of mind.
